Established in 1998, Guangxin Steel Structure Group is a full-supporting production and manufacturing enterprise with steel structure manufacturing, hot-dip galvanising and plastic spraying processing as its core, and has long been committed to providing customers with one-stop product solutions. Ltd. and its branches, Shandong Guangxin Traffic Facilities Co., Ltd. are three enterprises, which mainly produce customised steel structures, electric power pylons, high-speed rail contact network steel columns, traffic and security facilities and other metal products.
The company is located in Lingsheng Economic Development Zone, Dezhou City, Shandong Province. With registered capital of RMB 90 million yuan and covering an area of 200 mu, it has three core plants: steel structure production plant, traffic safety facilities production plant, hot-dip galvanising and spraying plant, with an annual output of 60,000 tonnes for steel structure and up to 100,000 tonnes for hot-dip galvanising.
After more than twenty years of hard work and development, the company has cultivated a large number of professional production technicians, and owns complete sets of professional equipment in the industry: 2400-tonne large-scale bending machine, 12,000W laser flatbed cutting machine, 12-metre laser pipe-cutting machine, large-scale shot blasting machine with a height of 2.5 metres and a width of 2 metres, numerical control three-dimensional drilling machine, and welding robots, etc.. It has 3 hot-dip galvanising production lines, of which the size of the largest galvanising pool is 16m long by 2.6m wide by 3.2m deep. There are 2 large intelligent steel structure spraying production lines, which can meet the anti-corrosion treatment of various steel structure parts. And we have advanced testing equipment and perfect quality management system to provide reliable quality assurance for our products.
